1. Area of Application
These General Terms & Conditions (GTCs) apply to all deliveries from KI-SOMA - Steffen Schleich to consumers (§ 13 BGB (German Civil Code)).
A consumer is every natural person concluding a legal transaction with a purpose that cannot be attributed to either its commercial nor independent professional activity.

3. Proposal and Conclusion of Contract
3.1 The presentation of products in the Online Shop does not constitute a binding offer but an invitation to order. Errors excepted.
3.2 By clicking on the button "Buy" during the last step of the ordering process you are entering a binding order for the goods contained in the basket. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by means of an order confirmation sent by e-mail immediately after receiving your order.
4. Text of the Contract
The text of the agreement is stored in our internal systems. You can read our GTCs on this website at any time. Purchase data and GTCs are e-mailed to you. After having concluded the order process, the text of the contract is - for security reasons - no longer accessible via internet.
5. Right of Cancellation
Consumers have the right to cancel for a period of 14 days.

Right to Cancellation
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without stating a reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third-party representative appointed by you other than the carrier have/has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a explicit statement (e.g. a letter posted by mail, by fax or e-mail) of your decision to cancel this agreement. You may use the Sample Form for Cancellation [63 KB]

Consequences of such Cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse and repay all payments we have received from you, including the costs of shipment (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most inexpensive standard delivery offered by us) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date we have received your notification about the cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.
You have to return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met, if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days expired. We bear the cost of your returning the goods. You only need to compensate for a possibly diminished value of the goods, if this value loss results from your unnecessary handling them to ascertain nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
6. Prices and Shipping Costs
6.1 The prices stated on the product sites include legally applicable VAT and other price components.
6.2 Shipping costs depend on the quantity of goods ordered as well as type of delivery. Before your placing a binding order, you are clearly informed accordingly. You can read an overview on the Shipping site.
7. Shipment
7.1 Products are only delivered throughout Germany.
7.2 Please read details as to delivery from the respective product sites.
8. Payment
8.1 Payment options are: Cash, invoice, bank transfer, PayPal or credit card.
8.2 Should you select "Prepayment", we will state our bank data in the order confirmation and ship the goods upon receipt of payment.
8.3 You are only entitled to net, after your counterclaims were legally determined, are undisputed or were approved by us in writing.
8.4 You may only exercise your right of retention for claims resulting from the same contract.
9. Reservation of Title
The goods remain our property until fully paid.
